I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for all things fitness.

With a Doctorate in Pharmacy, I bring a unique perspective to health and wellness, understanding the intricate relationship between fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being. I understand the science behind why it is so important to strength train and work towards being strong, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

I specialize in training women of all ages, and my mission is to help you get strong, feel healthy, and live confidently. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

    Prefer working out by yourself but in need of a structured plan and support? My virtual training option offers weekly training plans and virtual check ins to keep you accountable to reach your goals. Ideal for remote clients too!

  • Group Classes

    Our 2-person group class options lets you train with a friend! Grab your workout buddy and get all the benefits of in person training, for half the price!
