Personal Training

My one-on-one personal training sessions focus on your unique goals. Whether you’re aiming to lose weight, gain muscle, or improve overall fitness, I design custom workout plans to help you achieve your desired results. With a private workout space, just me and you, I will guide you on exercise form, nutrition, and recovery, and keep you motivated and accountable.

  • One session $60.00

  • One session/week (4 week commitment) $50.00/session

  • Two sessions/week (4 week commitment) $45.00/session

Virtual Training

If you can’t make it to the studio, I’ve got you covered! My online coaching offers weekly personalized workout plans and weekly virtual check-ins to keep you on track, no matter where you are. Train on your schedule with the same level of care and support as in-studio sessions. Please inquire for more info!

Group Classes

Small Group Training for Two


Looking for extra motivation, accountability, and fun? Our new 2-person group fitness classes are the perfect way to train with a friend or workout buddy while still getting personalized attention. Group classes are less intimidating, more fun, and more affordable!

  • Single group class: $35.00 per person

  • Group class bundle (4 sessions): $120.00 per person ($30.00/class value)
